What is the minimum order?
Total minimum order is US$ 100 per shipment (excluding shipping cost).
There is no minimum piece per item, you may buy only 1 piece per item.

I want to resell your product in my country, what price should I sell for retail?
Because of our low wholesale prices, you can easily mark up our prices and still leaves your customers happy.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can purchase from PayPal.com or 2CheckOut.com (up to you), our authorized retailers.

Do you carry items in stocks?
Yes. All items are ready stock. Except for some products marked with "Temporarily out of stock". If you're going to order in very large quantity (for example 1 kg per style) then we will need several days or weeks to produce them.

How long until the out of stock items will be back in stock?
We can not tell you exactly date when out of stock items will be back in stock.
Usually it takes 1-4 weeks.
Production time is always long since our products are handmade.

How do you ship your products? What courier do you use?
You can choose to use FedEx or Express Mail Service to ship your package.

How long is delivery time?
If your package shipped by FedEx, you will receive it in 3-4 working days (excluding Sunday and holiday) if no customs delay.
If your package shipped by Express Mail Service, you will receive it in 1-2 weeks if no customs delay.

What about return and refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with our products because of damaged, defective or poor quality products, you may return the merchandise back to us no longer than 7 days upon received date and your payment would be refunded. Please e-mail us first within 7 days of receipt of your package.
But if it's for your personal reasons (not quite the right size, do not like the design, etc) we ask that you pay the shipping cost back to us.
We do not refund shipping cost for return items if the reason is that you reject to pay for the customs taxes or other fees charged by the shipping forwarder (FedEx or post). Please do contact FedEx or customs for more details fees that you need to pay since different rules are applied in every different country. Please be advised that you need to responsible for 30% import taxes if in any case you need to return back your order to us since Indonesian government do applied 30% import taxes on silver items entered Indonesia.

Do I have to pay duty taxes?
Usually there is no import duty / taxes in Australia on silver and gold plated silver goods received from Bali, Indonesia. However, for other materials, we suggest you to ask to your local post office or FedEx office in your city.
For other countries, import duty might be charged. Please check with your local post office in your city for information.
Usually customs fees charged by post office is much cheaper than FedEx.
We suggest you to choose EMS, rather than FedEx.
If you need a special invoice for customs purpose, please email us after you place an order.
Please note that we will not accept returns and no refund will be applied if you refuse to pay for the customs taxes.
